In the ever increasing scramble to obtain new customers, customer loyalty is often overlooked. We have worked hard on this new feature to our website and hope you enjoy saving as you grow with blackmoor.
The Loyalty Reward points are worth 2% of purchases, plus you get various other sorts of rewards. 1 point is £0.01
- Signing up for an account
- Reviewing a product
- Sending a friend a link (from product page)
The points on offer will change, for instance when we launch a product we may raise the value of reviewing it. Points only become available in your account after a certain period, for purchase points it happens automatically when an order is shipped out, with reviews they are reviewed by admin, to make sure they are not gibberish and are relevant.
Once the points are validated they are available in your account to spend. You need to have an account with us for points to be registered.
To spend points add something to your basket, when logged in, and then go to the checkout, and you'll see your reward points. Add points to your order and discount the total accordingly. The points have an expiry period of 12 months.
