Blackmoor Nurseries Website Feedback Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

• The promoter of this prize draw is Blackmoor Nurseries, Blackmoor, Liss, Hampshire, GU33 6BS (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Blackmoor Nurseries, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• Entry is limited to one per person.

3. How to Enter

• Eligible customers will receive an email invitation to complete a short survey about their experience using the new Blackmoor Nurseries website.
• To be entered into the prize draw, participants must complete the survey in full by midnight on 30 November 2025.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

4. Prize

• One winner will receive a Blackmoor Nurseries hamper, containing a selection of products including alcohol.
• The approximate retail value of the prize is £100.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.
• The hamper will be posted to the winner at a UK mainland address only. Blackmoor Nurseries cannot deliver to addresses outside the UK mainland.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
• The draw will be conducted internally by Blackmoor Nurseries within five working days of the closing date.
• The winner will be notified by email.
• If the winner does not respond within 10 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection

• Survey responses will be used anonymously to help improve the Blackmoor Nurseries website and customer experience.
