Rose
Rosa Black Baccara
This Rose is suited to beds and large containers, it thrives in full sun, producing its best flowers. For blooms from June into autumn, enrich the soil at planting with well-rotted manure or homemade compost. Water well, especially in the first year, and mulch to retain moisture. During the flowering season, feed with a high-potash plant food or specialist rose fertiliser. Deadhead regularly to encourage more blooms. Like most roses, prune in late winter, cutting back hard to a bud. Flowers form on the new growth that follows.
