Loganberry Thornless LY654

Loganberry Thornless LY654 is a superb, easy-to-grow fruiting plant that combines the best qualities of both raspberries and blackberries. Producing large, dark red berries that are longer than traditional raspberries, the fruit is exceptionally juicy with a rich, tangy flavour. Cropping over an extended period from July through to August, the berries develop their finest flavour when left to ripen fully on the plant to a deep red colour before harvesting. Loganberries are excellent for making jams, desserts and summer puddings, but are equally enjoyable eaten fresh from the plant. The thornless canes make harvesting simple and comfortable, while their vigorous growth is ideal for training against a sunny wall, fence or trellis. They also perform well in large containers, making them a great choice for gardens of all sizes. A reliable and productive variety, Loganberry Thornless LY654 is perfect for gardeners looking to enjoy abundant crops of delicious home-grown fruit year after year.
