Shirotae' is a small, spreading deciduous tree with a spreading, flat crown and fresh green young foliage contrasting with fragrant, pure white, semi-double flowers 5cm in width; orange and red autumn colour.

Kiwi Jenny (Actinidia deliciosa) - Kiwis can be grown in the UK in sheltered, sunny locations where sweet grapes grow successfully. This is a self-fertile variety that produces both male and female creamy-white flowers, so it does not need a pollinating partner to produce delicious, greenish-brown kiwi fruit - perfect if there is only enough space for one fruiting plant. A very hardy twining climber excellent for covering walls and tree stumps as well as their luscious fruits. A very nice attractive outdoor climbing plant.

Dessert/Culinary Oullins Golden Gage fruit trees - Received the Award of Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society. Oullins Golden Gage is partly self fertile. The best choice of all according to some experts. It is not a true gage but a gage-like plum. Oullins Golden Gage fruit is large and round with yellow flesh. Picking time August.

Vaccinium vitis idaea Red Pearl - A very ornamental, erect, compact variety. The large red berries at maturity offer a beautiful contrast to the long lasting deep green foliage. Native to the Arctic and alpine regions of Northern Europe and North America, the Lingonberry is related to Blueberries and Cranberries, and enjoys the same acidic soil conditions. Lingonberry Red Pearl is well-suited to growing in pots with ericaceous compost, and its low-growing and spreading habit makes it the perfect companion to be planted under Blueberries.Vaccinium vitis-idaea ‘Red Pearl’ has a compact habit, making it better suited to growing in pots than other varieties. Highly ornamental, its dark evergreen leaves are contrasted with pretty pink flowers in spring and summer, followed by tart, juicy red fruits suitable for using in jams, pies sauces and drinks.

Apricot Early Moorpark - By far the most well know variety. The orange flesh of this round variety has a very good flavour and renowned for its reliability. Fruit is large and picking time is late July. Self fertile.

Apricot Petit Muscate - A very unusual variety owing to the precocious nature of the tree, stunning flavour and small stone size fruit. It is very difficult not to treat like a bunch of grapes, ie pop one in again and again!! This variety is not suitable for commercial growing owing to expense of picking and short shelf life, but is really ideal for the garden. Pick in 1st-2nd week August in southern England. Exquisite muscat grape flavour.

The original apple! Medlar Nottingham fruit trees for sale - The tree is small and handsome with beautiful blossom. A Medlar is an old and exotic looking fruit, but it is a native of Europe and not the tropics. The medlar is russet brown and the size of a small apple, and the seeds are visible through the gaping cups below the calyx. Even odder is the preparation for serving. The fruits are picked in November and then allowed to decay (blet) for several weeks. The flesh turns brown, soft and sweet. It is then scooped out with a spoon.

Mirabelle de Nancy fruit trees - These interesting fruits are small and sweet and often crop in abundance. Yellow orange with green tinges and red spots. Mirabelles are primarily used in the kitchen although they can be eaten fresh too. The stone separates cleanly from the flesh, which makes it easier when preparing the fruit for cooking. Self-fertile and good frost resistance. Approximate tree height on St Julien A rootstock is 3-4 metres.

The small to medium-size fruits are carried in large clusters in August and September and have a high reputation for freezing. Ashton Cross has the true flavour of the wild blackberry. Blackberry Bedford Giant – Early fruiting variety that starts the blackberry picking season bearing fruit from late July to August. The fruits are borne in large clusters and are large, round and soft with a good flavour. Bedford Giant is very vigorous and therefore this is not an ideal variety for a small garden but it is suitable for planting against a wall or fence. Position: full sun or partial shade Soil: any soil

Blackberry Karaka Black - The King blackberry is one of the sweetest tasting versions of the fruit available as well as having an eye catching, elongated shape. Originates from New Zealand, where it was first trialled three years ago. The attractive, shiny fruit are well displayed and easy to pick. These dark black fruits are very firm and have an outstanding shelf life. Karaka Black has a good blackberry flavour. Yields in trials have been outstanding. Karaka Black is the earliest high quality variety available. Picking commences in early July and extends for eight or nine weeks until early September.

Thornless Blackberry Oregon Thornless - Parsley-leaved type with good flavour and crops well. Any thorned suckers should be removed. Oregon Thornless crops late August -September. This Blackberry can be grown for its attractive appearance. Ideal for planting against a wall or a fence or growing in a container.  Position: full sun or partial shade
